CARD SECURITY:-
Please note transactions , are processed by World Pay. Security
is probably one of the most significant concerns for both
the consumer and the retailer during an on-line transaction.
In reality an on-line transaction is probably more secure
than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone
or by fax. Information transmitted on-line is encrypted using
complicated logarithm combinations, unlike these other methods
that use standard medium coding.
The Worldpay select payment gateway uses
a combination of both established and innovative techniques
to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data,
protecting both the retailers and their shoppers.
All communication between the shopper and
Worldpay is encrypted to the maximum strength supported by
the shopper’s browser using TLS or SSL (security). Our
public web servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate
Authority, ensuring that shoppers and retailers alike can
have confidence that nobody can impersonate Worldpay to obtain
confidential information.
All communications between the retailer
and Worldpay, including the details of the purchase, are encapsulated
using our own encrypted and digitally-signed protocol; this
uses a combination od standard methods such as PGP, RSA and
MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper
proof.
Data storage on Worldpay systems and the
communication between Worldpay and the worldwide banking networks
is regularly audited by the banks themselves. We ensure that
we stay up-to-date with the latest versions of any third-party
code we use, and continually review our own proprietary code,
using current best practice at all times.
The cardholder is further protected:
Card issurers protect cardholders from
fraudulent use of their card in a “card not present”
enviroment, such as over the internet of telephone. As the
shopper did not sign for the goods they have the absolute
right to demand a charge back if those goods did not arrive
or the card was used fraudulently.
Orders must be paid for and cleared prior
to dispatch. Orders must be paid in pounds sterling. Orders
dispatched by first class post and should be delivered within
1 to 5 working days. Orders sent by 2pm will be dispatched
on same day Monday to Friday. Orders sent on Saturday , Sunday
and Bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
SPECIAL DELIVERY:-
Orders received by Mid-day Monday to Thursday will be delivered
by 5pm next working day. Orders received on Fridays will be
dispatched for delivery on Monday or next working day. Saturday,
Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working
day. This service will cost £ 6.50 per order. Bizarre
Balloons will contact the customer if order is excessive in
weight.
LOST GOODS:-
Bizarre Balloons will not be responsible for Royal Mail loss
of parcel. It is not considered lost by the Royal Mail until
21 working days from dispatch.
HEALTH AND SAFETY:-
Teeth, Wigs , Moustaches and Tights cannot be refunded or
exchanged unless they are faulty or have not been removed
from original packaging.
RETURNS POLICY:-
Please send E mail to sales@bizarreballoons.co.uk for return
authorization number. You simply indicate reason for your
return, include your full contact information and order number
and wrap package with original packaging securely. The cost
of posting will be the customers liability. Our returns policy
is valid for 20 days from receipt of goods. Postage costs
do not constitute as part of credit note, customer must obtain
proof of posting for faulty goods. A refund will be processed
against the original credit/debit card used by the customer.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:-
If an item is out of stock on your order, we will contact
you. You will have a choice to cancel the items, choose an
alternative or put items on a back order. If there is a price
difference you will be charged extra or refunded the difference.
MISCELLANEOUS:-
All prices include V.A.T @ 17.5% and may be subject to change
without notice, in line with government legislation. To the
best of our knowledge all information and prices contained
on this web site are correct as at the time of going on line.
Bizarre Balloons cannot be held legally liable for and inaccuracies
Of definition, description or illustration and reserve the
right to change the prices without notification in line with
manufacturers price increases.
DATA PROTECTION ACT:-
The information that you provide us, will only be used for
credit and security checks and for managing your account.
