Bizarre Balloons and Fancy Dress Hire commenced trading on the 1st October 1988. The shop premises are situated in the town of Stafford, which is the county town of Staffordshire, in the Midlands. We have been successfully trading for 16 years, and have many clients/customers who regularly use our vast range of services.
